  HOW'S MY STUDENT DOING?

As part of our continuing efforts to provide information regarding your student's progress and status, parents with students in grades 4-12 are able to view student information for their students from our school data base using the District Parent Portal.  Through our secure server you will be able to view your student's grades, unofficial transcripts, attendance records and class schedule with an email account and identification information from your child's school.  If you would like to use this service, please contact the office at your child's school for the step-by-step process.  We strongly encourge all parents to take advantage of this opportunity.  You can see exactly which assignments have been turned in and each part of their grade (homework, tests, quizzes, projects, etc.).     

The next scheduled meeting  of the Board of Trustees will be Wednesday, February 10 at 6:00 p.m.  The Regular Board Meeting will be held in the CUSD Conference Room, at 745 Tenth St., Colusa.

  All meetings of the Governing Board are open to the general public, with the exception of the Closed Sessions, which are held to consider those items specifically exempt under the Ralph M. Brown Act.  Anyone planning to attend a meeting who has a disability and needs special assistance should call the Superintendent's Office, 458-7791, at least 3 days in advance to make special arrangements.

  Spanish translation is available at Regular Session Board Meetings.  To arrange for translation services, please call the Superintendent's Office, 458-7791, at least 3 days in advance.
