Health Insurance Information
California's Valued Trust (CVT) health insurance plan year is October 1st through September 30th. In an effort to offer employees greater flexibility in their choice of health plans, CVT has a policy termed "open enrollment." This policy allows employees to select a different plan within their group choices annually.
